Project DISRUPT reversed Canterbury’s decline in Rugby, driving a 64% sales lift against a 15% target. I led the cross-functional initiative to shift consumer perception and rebuild credibility in the category.
I led the design of the bio-based Pebax Powered® FLIGHTBEAM plate, supported by development lead Jordan Probst, inspired by the spring mechanism in birds to increase propulsion. FEA validation with Arkema® improved stiffness control and cut mass. Proven quicker take-off and greater stability versus the previous boot.
